Please collect the verified receipt from: Statistic Counter, Lobby Floor, Department of Labour, Jalan Dewna Majlis, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam During service counter hours which is Monday - Thursday & Saturday [8.00 am – 11.30 am; 1.45 pm – 3.30 pm]
Please bring along your company's official stamp and letter of authorization [if a representative is to collect on behalf].

Dengan hormat dukacita dimaklumkan oleh kerana terdapat unsur penggunaan resit banci yang tidak teratur, semua resit banci yang pernah dikeluarkan sebelum ini adalah dengan ini tidak sah untuk digunakan lagi. Starting September 4th 2017, Annual Employer and Employee Census 2016 in LCS will be officially closed.
All process relating with Census will be stopped and closed down.
Furthermore, the Department of Labour is currently in preparation for a system transition for Employer and Employee Census to Business Reporting System (BRS).
As for the initial preparation Annual Employer and Employee Census 2017, Employers are adviced to register to Business Reporting System (BRS) at their website: www.business.gov.bn by using your own e-Darussalam username.

ANNUAL CENSUS OF EMPLOYERS/EMPLOYEES 2017
Submission of census information can be submitted online at BUSINESS REPORTING SYSTEM [BRS] portal via the website link www.business.gov.bn/SitePages/OBR.aspx , using the employer's/owner's E-Darussalam username starting 1st November 2017. Closing date of Census Submission is 30th November 2017.
E-Darussalam username is obtainable through online registration via website link https://nam.gov.bn/edregister/user/RegisterUser/
