LABOUR EMPLOYMENT AGENCY
Function:
- To license Employment Agencies operating in the country;
- Monitor and regulate activities of employment agencies in the country;
- Receive complaints and conduct investigations related non-compliance to employment agencies in accordance to the Employment Agencies Order 2004.
- To conduct regular inspections on Employment Agencies to ensure they abide by the rules and regulations of the Department of Labour.
