ANNUAL CENSUS OF EMPLOYER & EMPLOYEE 2024

1.      Effective 31 October 2024, receipt issued for Employer & Employee Census 2023 will expire and become void.​

2.  All business entities must submit census information online at the BUSINESS REPORTING SYSTEM (BRS) portal via the website link www.business.gov.bn/SitePages/OBR.aspx, using the employer's or owner's registered e-Darussalam account [as stated in the notification letter above].

3.     Closing date of Census Submission is 30 November 2024.

4.    Business entities that have CEASED OPERATIONS OR CLOSED on or before 30 October 2024, are ONLY required to update Section 3 – Business Status as INACTIVE in the Business Reporting Portal.​

BANCI MAJIKAN & PEKERJA TAHUN 2024

1.     Mulai 31 Oktober 2024, Resit Penyata Banci 2023 adalah dimansuhkan dan tidak dapat digunakan.  

2.  1.      Semua entiti perniagaan dikehendaki untuk menghantar maklumat banci secara dalam talian di portal BUSINESS REPORTING SYSTEM (BRS) melalui pautan www.business.gov.bn/SitePages/OBR.aspx, menggunakan akaun e-Darussalam majikan atau pemilik yang berdaftar [seperti yang dinyatakan dalam surat makluman di atas].

3.    Tarikh akhir penerimaan maklumat banci adalah pada 30 November 2024.

4. Bagi Entiti Perniagaan yang TIDAK BEROPERASI ATAU TELAH DITUTUP sejak 30 Oktober 2024, HANYA perlu mengemaskini status Entiti Perniagaan di dalam Business Reporting System (BRS) Section 3 – Business Status dan pilih NOT ACTIVE.
